Swarovski crystal is a delicate material. To ensure that your product remains in beautiful condition for a long time, please observe the following care instructions. This will help you to avoid damage to the product for which Swarovski will not be held liable.
Sparkling Costume Jewelry
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratching. The metal is plated, and each crystal is set individually. As a
result, special care is required. Polish frequently with a soft cloth to maintain the original, lustrous finish.
Please note that your product is costume jewelry and please remove jewelry before washing your hands, swimming or applying body care products such as perfume, hair spray and lotions as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Put on jewelry last when dressing, and take it off first when undressing. Avoid contact with water. Avoid hard contact (e.g. knocking against objects) which could cause scratches, chips and other damage.

Crystal Items
Polish your crystal items carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth or wash by hand in lukewarm water (do not soak). Dry your crystal items with a soft, lint-free cloth to maximize brilliance. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials or glass cleaners.
Handbags and Accessories
Avoid overloading leather and fabric accessories as they might lose their shape. To preserve its original appearance and prevent stains, we recommend you treat the product with care and avoid direct contact with grease, water, perfume and make-up.
Warranty & Repair Service
D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH guarantees for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase that products which were bought at Swarovski Kristallwelten Wattens, Kristallweltenstraße 1, 6112 Wattens/Austria, at Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Innsbruck, Herzog-Friedrich-Straße 39, 6020 Innsbruck/Austria or at Swarovski Kristallwelten Store Wien, Kärntner Straße 24, 1010 Vienna/Austria are of satisfactory quality and free of defects (material and manufacture) if used properly. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by natural disasters, normal wear and tear or abuse, i.e. improper use of the product. The warranty does not refer to products which the customer or third parties modified or repaired, which were abused or carelessly treated after purchase or whose quality defects are due to a redesign by the customer. In order to benefit from a warranty, the customer must contact D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH /Customer Service Center immediately when identifying a defect and clarify whether it is necessary to send the product to D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH/Customer Service Center including the receipt.
D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH will only repair, replace or exchange products if the customer proves that the product was already defect at the time of purchase. Repairs and replacements depend on the availability of the product and its spare parts.
If repairs or replacements are connected with unreasonable costs for d. swarovski tourism services gmbh or in fact not possible, D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH can replace the product for the customer with a product of the same value (exchange) or offer a refund on the purchase price.
D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH is not responsible for loss or damages which result from attempts to repair by the customer or third parties.
The indispensable statutory rights of the customer in accordance with the applicable national laws on the sales of consumer goods are not affected by the warranty.
