The e-shuttle bus travels between Innsbruck Main Station and Swarovski Kristallwelten five times a day. The bus saves around 65 metric tons of CO2 each year and provides guests with a comfortable, climate-friendly journey. This approach builds on the existing sustainability strategy of Swarovski Kristallwelten while enhancing the eco-friendly guest experience.
The shuttle ticket is available in combination with the Swarovski Kristallwelten Day Pass or can be purchased directly on the shuttle bus (cash only).
The shuttle is accessible, with a wheelchair lift and a space reserved for wheelchair users.
For groups of children (e.g., schools, kindergartens) and larger groups, we recommend traveling by public or alternative transport, as seat reservations are not available.
Round-Trip Ticket Adults: € 13,00
This ticket is valid for both the outbound and return journey.
One-Way Ticket Adults: € 9,00
The one-way ticket is valid for a single trip – either outbound or return.
Round-Trip Ticket Children (6–17 years): € 7,00
Children aged 6 to 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
One-Way Ticket Children (6–17 years): € 5,00
Children up to the age of six travel free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult.
