Do I have to pay an admission fee for the store or the restaurant?

Definitely not! You can access both the Swarovski Kristallwelten Store and our restaurant, Daniels Kristallwelten, free of charge. Free admission tickets for the Store are available at the entrance cash desks. It is worth the trip, either for spontaneous shopping or as a place to dine with friends.

Is there a barrier-free access to Swarovski Crystal Worlds?

Barrier-free accessibility is very important to us. There are eight parking spaces at Swarovski Crystal Worlds reserved for people with disabilities. They are in Car Park P, next to the arrivals building. The Swarovski Kristallwelten Shuttle Bus between Innsbruck and Wattens has a wheelchair lift and a reserved space for wheelchair users.
At Swarovski Crystal Worlds, both the interior exhibition spaces and the garden, with its network of around three kilometers of pathways, are suitable for wheelchairs, baby carriages, and walkers (apart from the Alpine Garden, as it includes some steep sections). High-quality wheelchairs are available on loan for visitors with a walking disability.
Visitors with a valid ID and their registered accompanying persons get a discounted ticket for EUR 19.00 each.

Are dogs allowed?

Visitors may only bring dogs as far as the arrivals building/Grand Plaza of Swarovski Crystal Worlds, and they must be on a leash and muzzled. No dogs or other animals are allowed inside Swarovski Crystal Worlds, the garden area, or the restaurant. This is primarily out of consideration for other visitors, e.g., children, but also so that your dog is not unsettled by the darkness, sounds, and light effects, among others, in our Chambers of Wonder. Dog kennels are available for use free of charge at the entrance area; you will receive the keys for these kennels at our cash desk (visitors use the kennels at their own risk). Visitors must notify the staff at the ticket counter of any guide dogs to be brought in. No other pets are permitted at Swarovski Crystal Worlds.

Do you have free visitor WIFI?

During your stay, we invite you to access all information on the realm of the Giant, the garden, and all the artworks by using your smartphone or tablet PC. After you have logged in to "crystalworlds", our free visitor WIFI, and have confirmed your acceptance of the user terms and conditions, you can take the mobile visitor guided tour by going to www.kristallwelten.com/visit.

Is there a place to eat and drink at Swarovski Crystal Worlds?

Absolutely! Our restaurant Daniels Kristallwelten – which, by the way, is also accessible free of charge without visiting the Chambers of Wonder – serves regional and seasonal delicacies all year round. Since 2019 it has even been singled out with the award of a toque from the distinguished gourmet guide Gault Millau! And you can also get light snacks and refreshing drinks at the Crystal Bar at the Store exit and delicious hot dogs at the Fat Bus.
