1.     Object:

1. These Terms and Conditions of Participation and Privacy Policy regulate participation in the prize draw operated by D. Swarovski Tourism Services Gmbh (“Organizer”) by Participants along with the collection and usage of the data collected from or disclosed by Participants.
2. Participants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Participation by participating in the prize draw.
3. Participation in the prize draw is only possible on or before September 6, 2020.
4. Any persons over the age of 18 who are resident in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are entitled to participate. Employees of the Organizer of any parent company or subsidiary of the Organizer along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of their household in addition to any cooperation partners that are or have been involved in setting up or operating the prize draw are not entitled to participate in the prize draw.
5. We shall select 1 Participant at random who shall receive 2 tickets to an evening show in Cologne as part of the forty-fifth anniversary of the Circus Theater Roncalli, including travel, overnight accommodation, and a snack package worth approx. EUR 700.
6. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
7. Prizes shall be provided “as seen” and without any warranty or guarantee.
8. The winner shall be selected at random from the Participants that have used the hashtags #kristallwelten and #CircusRoncalli on Instagram. The decision concerning the winner shall be final and binding.
9. Legal recourse is excluded.

2.     Rules:

1. Any submissions or attempts to participate that are triggered or generated by automatic processes shall be invalid.
2. In order to participate, the Participant must publish a photograph of Roncalli’s Circus Magic in Swarovski Crystal Worlds on his/her own public Instagram profile using the two hashtags #kristallwelten and #CircusRoncalli.
3. The winner shall be selected at random.
4. The winner shall be informed directly via Instagram on September 9, 2020. The winner shall only be deemed to have been validly and conclusively identified upon receipt of notification concerning the win. If no response is received within 1 week of notification concerning the win, a new winner shall be selected at random (see section 1.8.) and the prize shall be awarded to the new winner.
5. All costs relating to receipt of the prize shall be borne by the winner alone. No related costs, taxes, and/or charges may be claimed from the Organizer.
6. The prize shall not be paid out in cash or in kind. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of equivalent or higher value should the prize envisaged be unavailable for any reason.

3.     Privacy Policy:

1. The Organizer shall collect and use the Participant’s data (first name and surname, photograph, Instagram username) in accordance with applicable data protection laws to design, implement, and operate the prize draw.
2. Participants may request the Organizer at any time to obtain communication concerning the personal data which are being stored by the Organizer, to obtain their rectification or erasure, and to withdraw consent to data processing with future effect by submitting a request in writing or on a durable medium to service.kristallwelten@swarovski.com.
3. The winner consents to the publication of his/her photograph and his/her Instagram name on the account @kristallwelten.
