Guidelines concerning filming and photography in Swarovski Kristallwelten
Please consider the following guidelines such that you may work in Swarovski Kristallwelten (Swarovski Crystal Worlds) unimpeded and without interfering with our visitors’ experience.
- Filming and photography for editorial purposes are only allowed with the permission of the Swarovski Crystal Worlds press department and are supervised on site.
- Complex filming and photography work is only allowed outside the official opening hours of Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Exceptions are only granted in coordination with the press department.
- If work is performed during opening hours, please take our customers into consideration, since their experience takes precedence. Cables and equipment should not pose any hazards and must be properly secured if necessary. No barriers are permitted.
- Camera tracks and cranes for special film recording may only be used in consultation with the press department.
- Food and beverages are not permitted on site. Alongside filming and photography, the locations must be left in a clean condition as they were found.
- It is not permitted to climb or sit on artistic installations in the internal or external area at Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
- Climbing behind barriers or fences and unauthorized access to designated areas is not permitted.
- The use of airborne objects (drones etc.) is not permitted on the entire premises of Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
- Driving into the garden or visitor area is not permitted. By agreement with the press department, it is possible to park on the delivery access road at the rear entrance to Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
- All instructions given by the staff of Swarovski Crystal Worlds must be complied with unconditionally.
- The production may not harm the image or security of Swarovski Crystal Worlds; in particular, the factory premises or other buildings of Swarovski may not be depicted; in addition, any recording that is liable to breach public decency or that may be interpreted as being racist, extreme right-wing, or as glorifying violence is prohibited.
- In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use, the producer/photographer shall pay liquidated damages of EUR 4,000.00 for each breach to D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH. D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH shall, in addition, be entitled to claim any damages in excess of these liquidated damages.
- Swarovski Crystal Worlds shall be mentioned as the location of the filming in the article, or at any rate shall be specified in the final credits using the following wording: “Filming location: Swarovski Crystal Worlds, Wattens/Tyrol.”
- We ask that you please send us a specimen copy or recording for approval. Following internal consultation, we will immediately inform you on the further use of the desired recordings.
Privacy Policy
D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH collects and uses the data you enter (first and last name, e-mail address, etc.) within the framework of the applicable privacy policy for the execution and processing of your accreditation or your visit. Upon written request to service.kristallwelten@swarovski.com, you may, at any time, request information about which personal data is stored with D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH, and request the correction and cancellation of the data, as well as the revocation of consent to use it in the future.
