Pablo Picasso (b. 25.10.1881 in Malaga, d. 08.04.1973 in Mougins, France) is one of the most important painters and sculptors of the 20th century.
Picasso and Georges Braque are considered to be the founders of cubism. The artist´s huge productivity is evident in his more than 15,000 paintings, drawings, plastics, ceramics and graphic art products. His work was a continuous influence on 20th century art.
From November 2005 it has been possible at Crystal Worlds to admire some significant ceramics by Pablo Picasso.
