The Italian video artist Fabrizio Plessi born in 1940 works at the cutting edge of technology and nature.
In the Venetian´s opinion an artist should make use of all the media which time places at his disposal. Plessi therefore sees it not just as an opportunity but rather a duty to incorporate television and the new media into his works. He is one of the pioneers who are playing a leading role in contemporary art with their ongoing development of the virtual imagination via electronic media.
Fabrizio Plessi became particularly famous for his so-called video sculptures, which can be admired in the Giant´s Crystal Forest.
