Founded by Daniel Swarovski in the Austrian village of Wattens in 1895, Swarovski has become the world’s leading manufacturer of precision-cut crystal. And today, more than 110 years on, Swarovski remains a family-run enterprise under the management of Daniel Swarovski’s fourth- and fifth-generation descendants.

For Swarovski Crystal Worlds, the multimedia artist André Heller designed 14 underground Chambers of Wonder dedicated to the versatile artistic interpretation of the material crystal. The result is a universe of discoveries and a simply unique experience with every visit.

The Giant entices visitors all year round with an event and leisure program offering great variety. The sparkling shopping landscape “Crystal Stage” unites all the Swarovski product worlds in a single room. In CAFÉ-terra, visitors can treat themselves to the culinary delights of both international and seasonal dishes. There is plenty to enjoy above the ground too, where around the head of the Giant a spacious park landscape full of surprises unfolds.

Swarovski Crystal Worlds are just a few minutes from Innsbruck by car. On the Inntal freeway A12, take the exit for Wattens, and follow the signs for Swarovski Crystal Worlds.

Kristallwelten Shuttle
The Kristallwelten shuttle service takes visitors from Innsbruck to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds and back every two hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Last entry at 5.30 p.m.

Practical Information:

• All prices are listed in euro and include 20 percent value added tax. Payment is accepted in all common currencies, with credit/debit cards as well as travelers checks.
• Citizens of non-EU states receive tax-free shopping forms for all purchases over 75 euros. Forms can be collected from the cash register. These forms must be stamped by the customs authorities before you leave the EU.
• We can arrange for the shipment of your purchases. In this case, we deduct value added tax directly for citizens of non-EU states. Insurance and transport costs are added to the price. Import duties may be levied by the customs authorities in your particular state.
• Our trained and multilingual retail personnel will be pleased to advise you at any time.

We will also enchant you with our fine cuisine! Our restaurant CAFÉ-terra is free for everyone, even if you haven’t visited the Chambers of Wonder. It offers a unique atmosphere inspired by the Tyrolean landscape and a wide variety of food and drinks. Deep inside the café lies the mysterious private dining room Zero°, noted for its glacial design.

Larger groups are asked to make a reservation. We can provide menu suggestions on request.
A snack bar also awaits you at the reception tent.
